Monthly Meetings
We meet the first Tuesday of each month (except August) at 7.30pm in the Elmwood Day Care Centre, Harrogate District Hospital, Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate.

Why not come along? you can be sure of a friendly welcome whether or not you are a member (we make a small charge to cover refreshments and raffle).

We have a varied programme of professional medical speakers and lively self-help discussion evenings where members can exchange ideas and tips which they have found to help overcome a variety of domestic and social problems.

Our meetings start at 7.30 pm in the:

Harrogate District Hospital, Lancaster Park Road, Harrogate.

WE ARE VERY SOCIAL
We hold at least two socials every year one at Christmas when we also hold our annual Bring-and-Buy Sale which provides a small token of thanks to the Harrogate Hospital Therapy Services for allowing us to use their facility throughout the year.

Garden Party
On a sunny Sunday in July we hold our annual Garden Party on the banks of the river Nidd.
Always a popular event at which the subject of back pain has NEVER been raised.

Outings
We plan various day outings during the year amongst which have been the Thackray Medical Museum in Leeds and the annual Pantomime at the local theatre - more news as available

Christmas Social where sometimes we have to
suffer a FUN Beetle Drive or Quiz

Our summer Garden Party by the side of the
river Nidd is always a sunny FUN event.
